The Bridge Fitness at Fiddler's Elbow


The Bridge Fitness represents the next generation in fitness education and performance enhancement. Our unique blend of psychology, biomechanics, and real world wisdom creates the optimal environment for personal growth and health. From yoga to individual personal training sessions, we welcome you to a new world of fitness. 

The Bridge Fitness Center is an integral component of our wellness initiative at Fiddler’s Elbow. They offer TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and fundamental body movement analysis along with custom fitness programming for all Club Members.  The understanding of human movement, along with a holistic approach, provides an often neglected and underutilized component of swing pattern development that allows golfers to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve efficiency on the course.

      Fitness manager

      Frank is an Ace Certified Personal Trainer for over twenty years, previously training at a business of his own, Fit Image Personal Training Studios. Frank has experience as a Level 2 Titliest Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, CHEK Institute Scientific Back and Core Instructor, as well as being Functional Movement Screen Certified. He feels very strongly that correct form and appropriate workout programs are paramount in reaching full physical health. Frank is very excited to be a part of the Fiddler’s family for the opportunity to help members obtain their fitness goals and he looks forward to creating a safe and challenging environment at the Bridge.
