Shannan Hunt,
manager of fitness,

Shannan is a NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. She also has the Level 1 Certification from the Titleist Performance Institute and a Certification in applied Functional Science from the Gary Gray Institute   Shannan provides members with TPI and Functional Movement assessments, as well as custom personal training based on the individual’s needs including; flexibility and mobility training for golf and tennis, strength and conditioning as well as weight loss. Shannan has also helped develop Fiddler’s group class programming such as Yoga, Aqua Fitness, Core and Toning and Cardio Kickboxing, in addition to the Fiddler’s Fun Run and walks along the golf course.   As a passionate fitness professional, Shannan hopes to inspire and assist others to set and achieve realistic goals of healthy living and wellness.



tom niszczak,
Personal Trainer

Tom is a graduate of Pen State University with a masters degree and an array of experience working in physical therapy clinics, hospitals, corporate fitness centers, personal training studios, team training rooms and membership health clubs. He has a passion for staying healthy for himself and his family and has enjoyed his time working with people of all professional backgrounds. As a Trainer, he always makes his client’s goals and concerns his priority by listening and consistently challenging their physical skills. Tom believes that life steals our energy because of the effort it takes to work hard, raise kids, and juggle hobbies. To counteract this and age with minimal health issues, there needs to be a steady program of exercise, a concern for eating healthier foods, and making sure that sleep is a priority for daily recovery. Becoming a better golfer, tennis and paddle player and any other type of athlete starts with a more pliable body frame, limiting your imbalances, and strengthening from the inside out to build power.
